Daemon Sadi, formally Saetan Daemon SaDiablo, was born to Tersa and Saetan in the Tereille territory of Hayll. Before his birthright ceremony, at which paternity would be formally acknowledged and he would receive his birthright Red jewel, Daemon lived with his mother in a cottage near SaDiablo Hall in Tereille, where his father frequently visited, often bringing Daemon's brother Lucivar along. However, at Daemon's Birthright Ceremony, Dorothea SaDiablo denied Saetan paternity and claimed him for the Hourglass. She changed every registry in Tereille and erased Daemon's memory; he spent the first 1,700 years of his life believing that he was the bastard son of Hepsabah. After the Birthright Ceremony, Dorothea had Daemon fitted with a Ring of Obedience and forced him into service as a pleasure slave, though his education in art, literature, music, and dance was pursued almost rabidly.

Over time, he earned the nickname "The Sadist" for his cruel, albeit incredible, bedroom talents. He grew increasingly more violent with the Queens that Dorothea rented him out to, going so far as to viciously kill many of them; after one such incident, Daemon escaped for an entire century, but eventually returned after Dorothea threatened to have his brother Lucivar dismembered.

He serves now in whatever courts Dorothea sends him to, always playing the game, always waiting for the day that Witch emerges to free him from bondage. Until then, he will continue to fight, to destroy the stinking remains of what the Blood has become.

Daemon keeps an air of arrogance and disinterest at all times, unless he’s sunken to the killing edge, at which point, well, he’s walking on frost and you do not want to bother him. Warlord Princes go to the Killing Edge more easily than almost anyone, so it’s best to just avoid his temper. Otherwise, Daemon is a rather angry man, but he keeps a leash on his temper for the most part. He’s easily frustrated and tends to be the type to turn on his heel and walk away mid-conversation if it’s getting to be too much. On the other hand, he also cares a great deal for his family; when Dorothea threatened to dismember his brother Lucivar, Daemon returned to slavery. No one gets to harm the Prick but Daemon himself, damn it. He is very much his father’s mirror image in all aspects. On top of being family-oriented, Daemon is a fierce protector when he swears his loyalty (as long as he means it, of course)

Daemon is a Black-Jeweled Warlord Prince, one of only two men in the history of the Blood to wear the Black, making him the most powerful male Blood in existence; he surpasses all castes in power save for Witch. He is also the only male natural-born Black Widow; being a Black Widow means that there is a venom sac beneath the nail of his ring finger that must be milked every so often – failing to do so means indescribable pain for the Black Widow. His hand-to-hand skills, while impressive, are no match for his brother’s, but still should not be underestimated. Having earned the nickname “the Sadist” after centuries as a pleasure slave, Daemon’s bedroom skills are unrivaled by anyone in the Realms; he has a special taste for leaving women unsatisfied and even in pain and begging for more, possessing such skill that he can bring women to climax without ever touching them – phantom hands do it for him. Being Blood means that he can communicate telepathically; wearing the Black means that he can communicate telepathically with anyone. He can also ride any level of the Winds, and possesses a range of magical abilities from basic healing to incredible destruction; however, save for what he learns from others a little at a time, his knowledge of Craft is limited.
